Quality is perceived by the Academy as providing the required services effectively, without any mistakes or shortcomings. This is achieved with minimum cost, and it meets the beneficiaries' wishes and expectations, currently and in the future, through continuous development and improvement and compliance with the performance requirements and standards.

Goals of Implementing Quality:

  • Decreasing initiation costs.
  • Satisfying the beneficiaries' expectations from the Academy's training services.
  • Satisfying the Academy's crew's expectations.
  • Achieving an exemplary model in providing distinguished and high-quality training services.
